About the AFA
The American Film Association is a professional membership organization. We serve independent filmmakers, producers, film investors, and industry executives who are serious about their careers in film.

We do not offer a free trial. All paid memberships are annual. If you join and decide membership isn't the right fit, renewal is not required, and your access continues through the end of your membership year. We stand behind the value of the network and want members who are committed to using it.
Yes. You can upgrade from Associate Membership to Professional Membership at any time. Exclusive Membership is by application, reviewed individually and subject to availability. Upgrades take effect immediately. Contact us for details on billing adjustments when upgrading mid-year.
Associate Membership and Professional Membership are annual. You can manage your renewal settings from your account dashboard. Your access continues through the end of your membership year.
